Portsmouth Road - New Build

Collfin Limited were recommended to the Client by another Client of ours.

In this instance our Client had purchased the site with planning granted for a New Build Office incorporating 2 Storey Structure with Offices on 1st Floor and Car Port to Ground Floor. Working from a basic planning drawing we produced a Cost Plan for the scheme.

Collfin Limited secured this contract following a negotiated tendering process.

In terms of Project Management, we sourced and appointed the Party Wall Surveyor, Architect and Structural Engineer and liaised fully with the Local Authority. In addition, we co-ordinated the ordering and installation of the incoming water, gas and electrical services with the relevant Statutory Authorities.

The challenge presented by this project was the restricted access to and from the site. The access available was via a residential road and consequently all deliveries had to be managed and co-ordinated to avoid inconvenience to the neighbours.
