Kevin Finn and Michael Collins, the founding directors, launched Collfin Limited in 2002 with the aim of developing a construction company which provides a highly professional and steadfast service to our Clients.
The primary objective of our company is delivering a project to meet the expectations and requirements of our Clients. We pride ourselves on reliability, attention to detail and sound building practice.
Kevin Finn has responsibility for matters of a financial and administrative nature relating to individual projects and the overall business. Kevin is a quantity surveyor by profession and provides detailed cost information to our Clients from pre-contract stage through to final account whilst also co-ordinating the internal and external administration of the company along with our office staff. Kevin tends to be the first point of contact with our Clients and remains in constant liaison throughout.

Michael Collins controls the logistics of the company and works with our site management to ensure that all projects are correctly resourced to achieve completion as programmed whilst ensuring that site operations are completed in a safe manner. Michael also oversees the training of our apprentices.
